ANAORA

Founder story

It started in silence.

Gold, left on the table. My biggest frustration.

In 2025, a professional pause found me. No agenda, no phone, no noise, just the kind of silence that only arrives when you stop long enough to let it. In that presence, everything I had lived came back into focus.

Ten years running two private-label cosmetics facilities in Dubai. I met hundreds of founders who had been told it was simple. I worked alongside board directors and CEOs with genuine fire, powerful businesses. I saw what builds a business, and what quietly holds it back.

And the same truth, always: we are the fuel. The performance of a business rises directly from the human carrying it. Anaora was founded so no gold is ever left on the table.

The name

ANA

from the Hebrew Channah, grace, fullness, the act of rising. In Greek, ana means upward: renewal, elevation, movement toward.

ORA

from the Hebrew or, light, clarity. In Latin, ora is the present moment: to be here, fully, now.

ANAORA, rise through presence.

Not autopilot · Clarity before strategy · Foundation before everything

One purpose

Turning the vision of beauty's founders and CEOs into businesses built to last, with deliberate intention.

Not values on the wall: the way Anaora works

01

Justesse

A French word that resists translation. The quality of what fits: the right word, the right move, at the right moment.

02

Intention

It is not a five-year plan. It is not a goal on a slide. It's the conviction behind every move. Choosing deliberately. Nothing on autopilot.

03

Depth

Going where the real answer lives: below the surface, past the comfortable. We do not skim. Quality over noise.

04

Communication

Understanding, and being understood. Where vision takes root and becomes real. Because nothing works if the right words never reach the right people.

Manifesto

To those who play the long game over the quick win. Who choose to act deliberately. Not reacting. Not drifting. Building.

The discipline of intention over urgency.

Anaora speaks the language of the beauty industry from the inside, and the language of the human behind every business decision.

Because

Performance, growth, and lasting results, in business and in people, are only as strong as the foundation they rise from.

The person behind Anaora

Stéphanie RebelFounder & Managing Director

French, with an accent that gives it away. I trained as a chemical engineer, then realized a formula is nothing without the business and the market around it. So I followed with a Master's in Marketing & Management in Cosmetics and Perfumery from ISIPCA × ESSEC Business School.

In 2017, I moved to Dubai to live this industry from the inside. At 27, I was entrusted to run two private-label manufacturing facilities in the UAE: the best school I ever attended. Full P&L responsibility, 7-figure revenue, working closely with board directors and hundreds of beauty founders.

People, as essential as strategy. It's also where I discovered what leadership truly means to me: revealing individual talent, building collective performance. I led my own performance as deliberately as I led the business, because no strategy survives a founder who's running on empty.

With Anaora, I act as a strategic partner who has lived this industry from the centre, between the founders, the factory floor, and the boardroom, and as a mentor for those who know, like I do, that the business and the person behind it rise together.

That is not a positioning. It is what I lived for a decade, and what I bring to every engagement.

  • 500+products brought to market
  • 100+founders guided
  • 90+people led
  • 70+active suppliers
  • 25+export markets

Team up

No one builds a beauty business alone. Neither does Anaora.

With consultants and specialists in brand and design, formulation and R&D, NPD, pricing, commercial and distribution strategy.

Different steps of the same journey.

With industry players (ingredient houses, perfumers, manufacturers, raw materials and packaging suppliers, incubators) who meet the same founders along the way.

Insights from the founder

“350 cosmetics brands launch in France every year. One makes it past three years.”

Launching is one thing, lasting is another.

“Beauty founders always ask me how to pick the right manufacturer.”

Not one of those factories had asked about the brand. That was always where I started.
